A 20 year old Atchison man facing multiple counts of burglary and theft opted for a preliminary hearing in one of his cases Friday in Atchison County Court.
Daniel McCullough will appear February 9th for a preliminary hearing on felony charges of burglary and theft for his alleged role in breaking into the Subway restaurant in Atchison and allegedly taking over a thousand dollars from a safe within the store on November 9th.
He also had another case of felony burglary and theft continued until February 9th for arraignment on an incident where McCullough allegedly broke into his parents home and took over 26 thousand dollars of items, including a 25 thousand dollar unique coin collection.
McCullough remains in jail 25 thousand dollars bond.
