Interviews Continue with USD 415 Superintendent Candidates
The Hiawatha School Board Wednesday will interview the second of four candidates seeking to become the new superintendent of USD 415.
Superintendent John Severin that interview will be with Patrick Call, who currently serves as superintendent of schools at Haven, Kansas located in Reno County. Severin said Call has held the position for six years. The board last week interviewed the first candidate, Penny Hargrove, who currently serves as assistant superintendent of schools at Valley Center. The two remaining candidates will be interviewed January 23rd and 25th.
The board hopes to hire a new superintendent by the end of January to replace Severin who is retiring at the end of the current school year.
