(KNZA)--The Brown County Commission has approved moving a part-time employee in the county appraiser’s office to full-time.
At the request of County Appraiser Jeff Ball, the Commission this week approved moving part-time data collector Yvonne Murrow to full-time effective, January 1st.
With the change, Murrow’s salary will increase from $11.25 an hour to $14.25 an hour, plus benefits.
She began working in the appraiser’s office October 6th.
Ball says current full-time data collector Curt Clark is 64-years-old and will be retiring in the future. He said he would like to have someone in position to take over Clark’s job when he retires.
