(KMZA)--Public information meetings have been set on the proposed $26.4 million bond issue voters in the Marysville school district will face during a special election November 3rd.
A volunteer committee has been meeting regularly in recent weeks and gathering and developing information to help voters understand the district’s facility challenges, the proposed solutions, and the cost and tax effect of the proposal.
The Committee will hold four informational meetings:
Tuesday, September 29th – 7:00 PM – Beattie Community Center*
Wednesday, September 30th – 7:00 PM – Bremen Fire Station*
Monday, October 5th – 7:00 PM – Landoll Lanes in Marysville*
Friday, October 9th – 12:00 Noon – Helvering Center in Marysville
*Refreshments will be available following a presentation as well as time for questions and answers.
The goal of the committee is that every patron and voter in USD 364 have adequate information to make an informed decision on the bond issue proposal.
