Devin Hall
(KNZA)--A Hiawatha man accused of hitting another man in the face with a hammer waived his preliminary hearing Wednesday afternoon.
22-year-old Devin Hall was bound over to Brown County District Court for arraignment on August 31st on felony charges of aggravated battery and aggravated assault.
According to court documents, Hall is accused of assaulting Robert Neubauer.
Hiawatha police were dispatched to the 100 block of Utah on the evening of July 29th where they located Neubauer. He was transported to the Hiawatha Community Hospital for treatment of injuries and released.
Hall was arrested a few blocks away.
He remains in the Brown County Jail, held on a $25,000 bond.
