(KAIR)--Northwest Pipe Company, a Vancouver, Washington based company specializing in engineered welded steel pipe products is considering the sale of it's tubular products business in Atchison.
That's according to a press release issued by the company.
Company President and CEO Scott Montross says the decision to consider the sale reflects the company's long term desire to sharpen their focus on their core water transmission business through organic growth initiatives and merger and acquisition activity.
Financial advisers Raymond James and Associates is being utilized to help with the process.
The Atchison business includes the manufacturing of line, structural, and standard pipe.
