(KLZA)-- Richardson County Commissioners last week approved a permit to operate an oversize or overweight vehicle or load on a county road from Wardcraft Homes to a location approximately two mikes south of Rulo.
Emergency Management Director Brian Dixon met with the Commissioners to update them on activity within the department. He presented a request to change the job descriptions / titles for Emergency Management Agency staff and requested a proposed salary increase for staff. Commissioners will review the information and consider it at a later meeting.
The Board approved Chairman David Sickel signing a victim statement regarding expenses incurred by the County regarding a case involving former Deputy Sheriff Joshua Nuncehelser.
Commissioners also approved the reappointment of Carol Hamilton toe the Southeast Nebraska District Health Board.
