(KTNC) - Roadwork is planned near Verdon next week. The Department of Roads says what’s called a fog seal project will begin on Highway 67, weather permitting.
A fog seal is oil that’s sprayed onto the surface of a newer road to seal fine cracks in the pavement.
State road crews will do the work on Highway 67 from mile-marker 0 to mile-marker 6. Work should take two days to complete. The road will be narrowed to one lane around the work zone.
