(KLZA) The Court entered a plea of not guilty to a pair of felony counts on behalf of 26 year old Shawn Luginbill of Falls City Tuesday.
When the felony charges of Theft by Unlawful Taking from $500 to $1,500 and Operating a Motor Vehicle to Avoid Arrest were read during his arraignment, Luginbill stood mute before Richardson County District Judge Daniel Bryan.
A jury trial is scheduled for February 12th. Bond was set at 10 percent of $20,000. Luginbill is charged in connection with the theft of a pickup owned by Tamala Roberts on September 22nd of this year.
