(KTNC) - Two teens from Kansas City were injured in a crash on Interstate 29 near Rock Port on Wednesday afternoon.
The Missouri State Patrol says 18-year-old Gary Osborn lost control of the 2001 Ford Explorer he was driving southbound on the Interstate shortly after 3:00 p.m.
The vehicle went off the roadway, crossed the southbound I-29 on-ramp from Highway 136, and overturned several times before coming to rest on its top.
Osborn and a passenger in the vehicle, 17-year-old Abigail Morris, were taken by ambulance to the Fairfax Community Hospital for treatment of moderate to serious injuries. The Patrol says both Osborn and Morris were wearing seat belts.
