Atchison Man Gets Prison for Trafficking Contraband

(KAIR) -- An Atchison man will head to prison for smuggling K2 and paraphernalia into  the Atchison County Jail.

Gabriel Walls will serve 30 months on a charge of trafficking contraband into a correctional facility.

Walls was also given a concurrent prison sentence Monday in Atchison County District Court for the theft of money from an Atchison business, A Touch of Class.

Walls was arrested by  Atchison Police in late March and later that same day a jailer caught caught Walls smoking the K2 in his cell.
