(KAIR) -- The Jefferson County woman accused of attempting to set up a contract killing will undergo a competency evaluation.
A Jefferson County Judge recently ordered Rebecca Burch to get the evaluation at Larned State Hospital.
The 42-year-old was arrested in late May by the Jefferson County Sheriff's office.
The department received information that Burch was alledgedly attempting to solicit someone to kill her ex-boyfriend.
After sending an undercover agent in from an outside agency, Burch allegedly offered money to the agent to kill the ex-boyfriend, which led to her arrest.
Burch faces a charge of solicitation of first degree murder.
