(KAIR) -- A 43-year-old Atchison man is in custody following an alleged home burglary and vehicular theft.
Police Chief Mike Wilson says Corey Walker was taken into custody Friday morning.

Walker was booked on the charges of aggravated burglary since the victim was home during the incident, battery since Walker allegedly got into a physical confrontation with the victim, theft of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of an accident.
He remains in the Atchison County Jail on 10 thousand dollars bond.
