(KLZA)--Another step forward in the planned renovation of the Armory building, on the west edge of Falls City, into a Jail/Law Enforcement Center.
That comes as Richardson County commissioners enter into an agreement with the Omaha-based Prochaska and Associates for the completion of a needs assessment, as well as preliminary planning, for a total cost of $30,000.
