( KNZA )-- A Perry man will stand trial in Brown County on a child sex charge.
61-year-old John Turner waived his preliminary hearing Monday and was bound over to Brown County District Court on charge of aggravated indecent liberties with a child born in 1999.
Arraignment was set for October 1st.
Turner was charged in June following an investigation by the Brown County Sheriff’s Department.
He remains in the Brown County Jail on $50,000 bond.
