( KNZA )-- The Horton City Commission has adopted the 2013 budget as published, which calls for about a 2.9 mill levy increase.
The commission took the action during a special meeting this week following a hearing drawing no public comment.
Commissioner Ken Krug cast the lone no vote against adoption of the budget, saying he didn’t feel comfortable raising the mill levy.
