Atchison Man Has Probation Revoked in Child Sex Case
08/28/2012

(KAIR) -- A 37-year-old Atchison man will head to prison after having his probation revoked on a child sex conviction.

Neal Homan was ordered to serve a one year term Monday in Atchison County District Court on a February 2011 conviction of attempted aggravated indecent solicitation of a child.

That came after a hearing in which Homan’s probation officer testified that he violated terms of his probation by having unsupervised contact with his children, as well as internet violations, including watching pornography.

Homan was convicted for a July 2010 incident in which he attempted to solicit a girl that was 12 years old at the time of the offense.
