(KAIR) -- An Atchison woman could face prison time after pleading guilty to burglarizing a home Friday in Atchison County District Court.
Raechelle Jones pled guilty to a charge of burglary as part of a plea agreement.
In exchange, a count of misdemeanor theft was dismissed.
She was arrested by Atchison Police for making forced entry into a home on 1225 Mound Street earlier this month.
Jones could face 11 to 34 months in prison.
She could be subject to a special rule, since she was on felony probation when she committed the burglary.
Sentencing is scheduled for August 31st.
Another person involved in the burglary case, Ashley Dithmart, pled guilty on June 11th to burglary and was sentenced to probation.
