(KAIR) -- A 27-year-old rural Atchison man gets probation on a possession of methamphetamine charge Monday in Atchison County District Court.
Anthony Pennington was given an 11-month suspended prison sentence and placed on 8 months of supervised probation.
Pennington was arrested in late May by Atchison County Sheriff’s Deputies after they responded to a disturbance at his residence, and upon search, discovered the methamphetamine.
