A 36-year-old Atchison woman is in custody on multiple charges, including aggravated assault, after an alleged domestic disturbance in the 900 block of South 4th Street Sunday evening.

The male charged with domestic battery, Aaron Habegger is currently out on bond and Vollmer remains in jail awaiting bond and formal charges for the agg assault charge.
Bond was set at 25 hundred dollars for the domestic battery count and 25 hundred dollars for failure to appear in court for another case.
