Wilson says Sabir lives off campus and came to BC from Oakland, California.
Sabir is listed on the Raven Athletics web site as a Junior Defensive Back for the squad.
He was booked on the felony charge of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute within a thousand feet of a school since his alleged package that was delivered to the school is located near the Atchison Catholic Elementary School.
Sabir was able to post a 40 thousand dollar bond Wednesday afternoon and will make his first appearance in court on April 23rd.
Calls to Benedictine Athletic Director Charlie Gartenmayer were made and have not been returned as of late Thursday morning.
