USD 337’s school board has decided to put their old central office up for sale.
They made this decision Monday evening at their regular monthly meeting.
Superintendent Steve Wiseman says this decision kind of goes hand in hand with the future of the pre-school building.
Pre-schoolers are currently having classes in the old central office due to a mold infestation in the other building.
The central office was once on the market before the mold incident.

The board also continued discussion on their position in the Delaware Valley League in sports.
They haven’t formally withdrawn from the league but Wiseman says if eight schools currently in the league withdrew, the board has given the high school administration authority to re-join the Big 7.
In other business, the board discussed an overview of next year’s budget.
While there are other factors like declining enrollment, Wiseman says a lot of their budget hinges on the passage of a particular bill in the Kansas Legislature.

The board also approved high school graduation activities to take place in Tiger Stadium, weather permitting.
They also rejected all bus bids and hope to re-submit them in hopes the bids meet their criteria.
The board also approved weathering repairs for the track up to seven thousand dollars.
