Wilson says the case is still under investigation with the possibility of more arrests.
Lewis made his first appearance on the charges today (Friday) in Atchison County Court.
He was out on a 10 thousand dollar bond for other drug related charges stemming from a February arrest.
However, Atchison County Judge Martin Asher revoked his bond after testing positive on a bond mandated UA test.
He will make his next appearance on both cases on March 12th.
