A 30 year old Atchison man is in custody following a sequence of events that led him to allegedly pull a knife on a police officer.
Atchison Police Chief Mike Wilson explains the arrest of Matthew Billington.

Neither Billington nor the officers were injured in the alleged struggle.
Billington remains in jail on 20 thousand dollars bond.
He will make his next appearance in Atchison County Court on March 19th.
