A 47 year old Atchison man is in Atchison County jail on felony criminal threat charges.
Atchison Police Chief Mike Wilson explains the Saturday arrest of Porter Webb(Play Audio :11 secs)
Officers then located Webb shortly thereafter.
He made his first appearance in Atchison County Court today (Monday) and bond was set at 10 thousand dollars.
He will make his next appearance on February 13th.
