A 26 year old Atchison woman will get probation and a small jail sentence on 31 worthless check charges.
The sentence was handed down today (Monday) for Ashley Dithmart.
She will have one year of supervised probation following a 14 day jail sentence.
She was arrested for writing those checks by Atchison police on October 19th on various times in 2011.
Dithmart was ordered to pay six thousand 579 dollars in restitution, which has been paid.
