An Atchison truck driver accused of allegedly driving under the influence as he tipped a semi over in last fall pleads not guilty to felony DUI Monday in Atchison County Court.
Prosecution will present their case in a jury trial March 27th against Randall Gilliand.
He was arrested by Atchison County Sheriff's deputies following an accident September 27th where he overturned a semi into a ditch four miles east of Muscotah.
Officers believe Gilliand was allegedly under the influence of alcohol.
Gilliand is currently out on 10 thousand dollars bond.
