Atchison Man Arrested for Aggravated Indecent Liberties with Child Gets New Charge
A 64 year old Atchison man arrested Wednesday by Atchison police for aggravated indecent liberties with a child gets another count against him.
Ronald Oden got the new count during his first appearance in Atchison County Court Friday.
He is accused of allegedly touching a 12 year old girl on two occasions between May and September 2011.
He will make his next appearance January 13th.
Oden remains in jail and bond has been set at 250 thousand dollars.
