Route 111 in Atchison and Holt counties in Missouri will close Wednesday, September 14, for sealing.
Local crews from the Missouri Department of Transportation had planned to close Route 111 between Route Z in Atchison County and Route W in Holt County Tuesday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., but had to postpone the operation until Wednesday due to weather. The route will close Wednesday during the same time period, weather permitting. During the closure motorists will need to use an alternate route.
MoDOT encourages all motorists to slow down, buckle up, eliminate distractions and drive safely to ensure everyone is able to Arrive Alive.
