(KAIR)--A longtime educator for the South Brown County Schools has resigned.
That came Tuesday during a special meeting of the USD 430 Board of Education.
The resignation of Clare Bachman was the sole focus of the short session, which happened mostly behind closed doors in an executive session held for discussion of
personnel matters of non-elected personnel..
The board voted unanimously to accept the resignation of Bachman, who has been with the district for 14-years.
She was a 6th grade teacher at the Everest Middle School.
The reason for Bachman's decision has not been stated.
