(KLZA)-- The Nemaha County, Nebraska Commissioners last week conducted a telephone conference call with Andrew Synhorst, with JEO regarding the Village of Brownville Permit to Perform Work on Public Right of Way and the road entrance applications for the Village of Brownville that were previously approved. No other or additional permits are required of the Village of Brownville for the water treatment program.
Laura Osborne, program director for the Four County Juvenile Service Program presented the 2016 Community Based Juvenile Service Aid grant application. Commissioners voted to authorize the chairman to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the 4 Southeastern counties to submit for LB 640 County Juvenile Services Aid Program Grant Funding for 2016.
The Board approved the purchase from RDO Truck Center, through the state bidding process, a new in stock 2016 Mack Truck from RDO Truck Center.
The next meeting of the Nemaha County Board of Commissioners will be December 30.
