(KLZA)-- The Mound City School Board voted to accept the resignation / retirement from Mrs. Jan Seitz during their Wednesday Board meeting. Seitz has served as the Mound City Elementary Principal for 19 years.
The Board met in executive session to discuss personnel issues in relation to the elementary principal opening at the school.
Superintendent Ken Eaton reviewed the Food Service program at the Mound City School and stated the district will have to raise lunch prices for the 2016-17 school year according to the Division of Food Service analysis.
