(KNZA)-A man wanted for recent criminal activity in Brown County and for past crimes in Missouri is in custody.
Brown County Sheriff John Merchant says 35-year-old Dale Parsons was arrested Monday afternoon by the Clay County, Missouri Sheriff’s Department.
Merchant had issued a plea Monday morning for the public’s assistance in locating Parsons, who was known to frequent Brown County.
He was wanted on a $100,000 cash only warrant by Clay County, Missouri authorities.
Investigators say Parsons had allegedly committed burglaries there while residents were at funeral visitations. One resident had a surveillance camera and captured specific images of Parsons, which assisted law enforcement
officials.
