ROCK PORT, Mo. – Work to the bridges over Rock Creek is now complete on Interstate 29 just south of Rock Port. Contractors working with the Missouri Department of Transportation redecked both the northbound and southbound bridges just south of Exit 107. During the work on the southbound bridge, the ramp from Route 111 to southbound I-29 at Exit 107 was closed, but crews were able to reopen that ramp yesterday, Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2015.
Some work off the driving surface may still occur that will not impede the flow of traffic. MoDOT encourages all motorists to slow down, buckle up, eliminate distractions and drive safely through work zones to ensure everyone is able to Arrive Alive.
