(KNZA)--A new director of admissions is on the job at Highland Community College.
She's Stephanie Peterson, who began work November 16th.
Peterson previously served as Student Services Representative: Admissions and Financial Aid at the college’s Technical Center in Atchison.
She has been with the college since 2010. Prior to joining the college, Peterson was a teacher at Doniphan West Elementary School.
A Highland native, she graduated from Highland High School and attended the college before transferring to Kansas State University to earn a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She also holds a master’s degree in education from Baker University.
