(KAIR)--A Troy man, wanted for failing to appear in court, is facing drug related charges after an early Monday morning arrest in Atchison.
Police Chief Mike Wilson says an officer located 23-year-old Michael Chatman at a residence in the 1000 block of Riley and, knowing he was wanted on the warrants, took him into custody. During the arrest, police found what appeared to be methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia in Chatman's possession.
Chatman was booked into the Atchison County Jail on charges including possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia, in addition to the two warrants.
