(KAIR)--A preliminary hearing has been set in the case of a Pittsburg Kansas man accused of burglary in Atchison.
22-year-old Justin Jones appeared in Atchison County District Court Friday morning, where a preliminary hearing was set for October 22nd.
Jones is facing charges of aggravated burglary, felony theft, and criminal damage to property in connection with an alleged burglary at a home located in the 700 block of U Street on September 18th. Investigators also believe Jones had been involved with a single vehicle wreck, earlier that same day.
