(KNZA)--A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 70-year-old woman last seen in the area of Meriden. Jackson County Sheriff Tim Morse says the last time anyone knew the whereabouts of Joan Rebar was Friday night or early Saturday morning. It's possible she may have been driving from Meriden to the Prairie Band Potawatomi Reservation, where she resides, crossing northern Shawnee County and southern Jackson County. Rebar is described as Native American, standing 5-foot-6, weighing 230 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair. She drives a silver 2005 Chrysler Pacifica with a Kansas license plate indicating disability and reading 71664. Any information related to the whereabouts of Rebar should be provided to the Potawatomi Tribal Police Department at (785) 966-3024 or the Jackson County Sheriff's Office at (785) 364-2251.
