(KLZA)-- The Falls City, City Council this week approved on first reading an ordinance to allow a mobile home dwelling in the 700 block of Pacific Street. The action followed a public hearing. The ordinance must pass two more readings.
A sub-division agreement for the second phase of the Wilderness Falls Housing project was approved. A request to build a metal garage at 2300 Fulton Street without a primary residence located on the lots was tabled.
Continued membership and dues to join Southeast Nebraska Development District was approved and the appointment of Trevor Wisdom to the Falls City Volunteer Fire Department was also approved.
