(KLZA)-- The Auburn Historic Preservation Commission will meet at noon on Thursday, August 20th at City Hall for a lunch and learn session.
David Levy will be the guest speaker. In 2011 Levy led a group that introduced and lobbied for a bill to create a state historic tax credit in Nebraska. In 2014 LB-191 was passed by the Nebraska Legislature creating a 20-percent state tax credit for the rehabilitation of historic buildings in Nebraska.
