(KLZA)-- A Humboldt man has been arrested on charges of domestic assault and 3rd-degree stangulation.
33-year-old Eddy Dean Falkner was arrested last Wednesday after Richardson County Deputy Sheriff Lewis Barker responded to a domestic dispute in Humboldt.
According to a probable cause affidavit, Barker responded to a home located in the 900 Block of Central Avenue around 9:45. Delilah Jacobson met Barker and alleged she was arguing with her boyfriend, Falkner, and that he struck her and then placed two children in a car. He then took the children back inside the residence.
When Jacobsen went back inside a short time later, she alleged that Falkner assaulted her, which included choking her. During an interview with Falkner he alleged that Jacobsen had hit him and he pushed her off of him.
Two young children were also interviewed and Falkner was then placed under arrest.
