(KAIR)--An Atchison man requires hospitalized treatment following an Atchison County ATV crash on Saturday evening.
Atchison County Sheriff Jack Laurie says 72-year-old Lloyd Martin was westbound on 218th Road, just west of Sheridan Road, when the front wheel of his ATV struck a deep rut in the road. The vehicle then left the road and traveled down a steep embankment before rolling over onto Martin.
Martin was transported to the Atchison Hospital by Atchison County EMS for treatment of unspecified injuries.
The wreck was reported shortly after 6:00.
