(KTNC)--The Richardson County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the publics’ help in locating a suspect wanted on a felony warrant from Jefferson County, Nebraska.
Forty-two-year-old Robert S. Hillard is wanted for failing to appear in court on a charge of driving on a suspended license. He also has cases pending in Richardson County District Court for similar offenses.
