(KTNC) - A northwest Missouri man was injured in an accident on a rural Nodaway County road Tuesday evening.
The Missouri State Patrol says the accident happened at 6:10 Tuesday evening at the intersection of Missouri Route 113 and Route V, one mile northeast of Skidmore.
According to the State Patrol report, 73-year-old George Barker of Mound City misjudged a turn at the intersection, causing his pickup to go off the roadway and roll onto the drivers’ side.
Barker was taken by private vehicle to St. Francis Hospital in Maryville with injuries described as minor in nature. The State Patrol says Barker was wearing a seat belt.
