(KMZA)-- A Seneca woman has been arrested for unlawful computer acts and possession of stolen property.
30-year-old Lindsay Ellis was arrested Wednesday by the Sabetha Police Department on a Nemaha County warrant.
The arrest followed an investigation by the Seneca Police Department.
Police Chief Brent Schulte says Ellis is charged with allegedly possessing a computer and accessories that was reported stolen July 21st by Lisa Studer of 810 North Street in Seneca. The computer was valued at $1,400.
The offense of unlawful computer acts stems from the alleged alteration, deletion or modification of computer data or programs that were on the computer at the time it was stolen.
Ellis remains in the Nemaha County Jail on $10,000 bond.
