(KAIR) -- A 28-year-old Atchison man faces eight charges following an incident where he allegedly fled from police earlier this month.
Police Chief Mike Wilson says Brandon Walker was taken into custody Tuesday.

Walker has been charged with three felonies, theft of that motor vehicle, interference with a law enforcement officer and fleeing and eluding, as well as five traffic offenses from the pursuit.
Wilson says the vehicle in the incident is the same vehicle that was allegedly stolen last week from an Atchison residence by Corey Walker.
Brandon Walker remains in the Atchison County Jail on 15 thousand dollars bond.
