Atchison Man Gets Prison after Probation Revocation
04/30/2013

(KAIR) -- An Atchison man will serve his original prison term after having his probation revoked Monday in Atchison County District Court.

Christopher Harvey was ordered to serve his original 18 month term for an August 2012 burglary conviction.

The revocation comes after he was sentenced to a concurrent jail sentence on a theft charge Monday.

Kansas law states that committing another offense while on felony probation makes the offender eligible for revocation.
