(KAIR) -- A jury trial has been set for a 22-year-old Oskaloosa man charged in a January home invasion.
Darian Richter pleaded not guilty Thursday in Jefferson County District Court to charges of aggravated burglary, misdemeanor criminal damage to property and theft.
Richter was arrested by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office in late January for allegedly breaking into a residence in the 500 block of Monroe Street in Oskaloosa while the residents were home and taking items less than a thousand dollars.
A jury trial in the case is set for April 30th.
Richter remains in Jefferson County Jail.
