(KAIR) -- iPads will soon be in the hands of students and faculty at Atchison County Community Junior and Senior High in Effingham.
The USD 377 school board Wednesday night approved the purchase of more than 360 iPad's for a total cost of nearly $238,000.

In other business, the board accepted the retirement resignation of Junior/Senior High Foreign Language instructor Pat Forge , effective the end of the school year.
Forge has been with the district for 13 years.
