(KAIR) -- The Platte County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help in locating Douglas Lee Barnes. He is wanted by the Platte County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for Assaulting a Law Officer.
The warrant stems from an incident in July of 2012 where Barnes assaulted a Weston Police Officer during a disturbance call.

Citizens observing Barnes or who know his whereabouts should not confront him and should immediately contact their local law enforcement agency.
